Are you lacking motivation to exercise or just like a great challenge? Are you tired of hearing that you need to lose a few pounds? Or do you just want to fit into that new dress? It is time to get healthy and stay healthy. E’ssential Health and Wellness is happy to introduce our latest wellness program: VIRTUAL WELLNESS GAMES, which will give you the tools to reach your fitness goals.

This web-based fitness program is designed to challenge you in a fun and interactive way. The use of streaming videos and smart phone technology will allow you to view weekly workouts and nutrition challenges, and receive real time game results while competing against other teams. Participants join as teams to meet fitness challenges and goals. You can compete in the comfort of your home, at the office, and with others in your neighborhood.

Research has proven that a team approach to exercise boosts your motivation. It is easy to give up or give in when you are fighting the battle alone. This program will use the power of teamwork, a sense of camaraderie, and friendly competition to motivate you.

Participation is easy.

  • Gather a team of 3 to 5 people. Businesses of all sizes and private groups are encouraged to join.
  • Register online.
  • Compete against teams throughout Houston and the world.
  • Using the program, learn nutrition basics and fitness exercises.
  • The program is eight to ten weeks to help meet your short term goals, and is designed to keep you intensely focused, highly motivated, and creatively engaged.
  • Using the program, work towards higher limits of your ability.
  • Monitor your progress online.
  • Work from the inside out and know your numbers. Consult with your physician prior to any fitness program and get your weight, body fat, cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure measured.
