My belief is that the foundation of lasting health and wellness is deeply rooted in maintaining a balance between the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. My 18 years of experience began in 1993 working at the sport medicine and performance institute, developing programs for patients and clients. In 1995, I worked as an exercise specialist at the Texas Orthopedic Hospital. In 1996, the Hospital was acquired by the Woman’s Hospital of Texas until present, where I have specialized in Woman’s Health issues, from prenatal and postpartum nutrition and exercise programming. Working in Women’s Health for the past 14 years has lead me to acquire advanced certifications in therapeutic yoga and NCK-Pilates certifications. In 2005, I developed a wellness company, E’ssential Health and Wellness which focus on in-home therapeutic massage, nutritional counseling and personal training. This journey has guided me in the creation of our Total Pregnancy Conditioning DVD, which I am sure you will enjoy.
